Awena Therapi is led by Lowri Brengain, a Welsh-speaking psychotherapist based in North Wales.

Lowri offers integrative psychotherapy for adults, children and young people, parents and families, and couples. Sessions can be fully talk-based, with optional creative approaches or EMDR where helpful.
